Play Street Museum - Lake Highlands, Texas

I took the girls to the Play Street Museum in Lake Highlands, Texas and they had a blast. The Play Street Museum is an indoor children's play area and museum. Currently there are 6 locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as locations in Houston, Lubbock, Missouri, Oregon, Arkansas, and Colorado.
When we first walked in we thought it looked a little bit small, but the girls didn't have any problem spending 2 hours there, exploring all of the fun options.
Each Play Street Museum has a different them. The Lake Highlands location has a theme of "downtown". The whole museum was set up like a downtown area with different businesses that they could go inside and find all the props they would need for endless hours of pretend play. The businesses available were a hotel, pizza restaurant, downtown office building, theater, and train/trolley car. There was also a large duplo Lego table, a few tables with craft supplies, a doll house, an area with books, and so much more.
After we finished playing they had a section of snacks that the girls could choose from to take with them. What a nice way to cap off a wonderful afternoon.
